UPDATE (12026) after 5 12 yrs. it just stopped working. Worse is there is zero help offered. The instructions that came with the frame for a different bed frame completely. I’ve been working on this for a month now, and my bed is still not working. I’ve been researching a new bed for over a year. I ordered this frame on May 1 and it arrived May 15! I spend a lot of time in my room and needed to replace my mattress anyway so an adjustable frame sounded perfect. Although the box was heavy unboxing and assembly couldn’t have been easier. Absolutely incredible! Super easy to setup. I have a 10 inch gel memory foam mattress and this bed is so comfortable. The ability to adjust the bed relieves all aches and pains. The only thing I would change is the mattress brace at the foot could be a bit taller and the legs a bit shorter. Ill have to track down the shorter legs that are mentioned in other reviews. If youre on the fence about the purchase, just do it! So happy to have this addition to my bedroom. I purchased the 5 year warranty just in case but it really is very solid and just as described. Update - 3 years and it began getting flaky. If unplugged or power outage it would not work for several days. If I left it idle for a few days it would decide to start working again until the next interruption. I have a wickedly mischievous cat and a senior miniature pinscher with dementia and that particular plug was always the only thing they both found to consistently drive me nuts with. I finally gave up and ordered a new bed but if I had a clue on how to track down an obvious short of some kind I would have done so. It has a quiet motor and good response time. I found this bed on Wayfair that was similar to one we saw at a furniture store for approximately the same price. We purchased the split king, and let me tell you, this bed has been a game-changer! It has all the bells and whistles. It provides features like zero gravity, multiple massage settings, underbed lighting, etc. But our favorite feature is the voice-activated commands. We don’t have to look for the remote in the dark, but can speak to our bed and tell it what we want! Wayfair offered several different forms of financing for this purchase, which worked for us. The bed came quick. We bought the split kind adjustable base and thankfully it came in two boxes because each box is HEAVY. Everything is neatly packaged and looks to be of good quality. Unfortunately we are waiting on new carpet to be Installed before we put together this bed. It’s way too heavy to put together and move around.
