First, the sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. We did find it a bit difficult to connect a couple of the pieces- especially the center bolster was hard to get connected. Its probably because were a little older and the pieces are a bit heavy. Also, despite having heat and massage listed in some of the diagrams about the couch, it doesnt appear to have it. If it does, I cant find it. However, I purchased a massage chair separately that has heat so its not a big deal that the couch doesnt have it... And honestly, this is a very very pretty couch. The carpet came folded in a square and even after months of trying to pull, carpet tape and setting furniture it still ripples and buckles ALWAYS!! I would have NEVER purchased had i known.
