Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much space there is and the third/middle drawer is an added bonus (I have been using it as a beverage drawer and have yet to use the freezer option). Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. Be sure to measure carefully before purchasing. Despite the minor dent and handle assembly issue, I am very pleased with the refrigerator's performance and would recommend it.. Chynell. Norfolk, VA. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit.
