The blanket quality is very nice. It has a shiny appearance and is very soft. The Sherpa is a good thickness not very thick but definitely warm. The color is not the same as the picture. I love this rug! I’m even more pleased after receiving it. I was nervous as there weren’t any reviews before I purchased it but am very happy as this rug is just beautiful, and I think a very good quality. The photos don’t do it justice. The silver/grey color is somewhat metallic, and when you brush or vacuum the rug in different directions, the silver changes to the soft black. See my photos from both ends of the rug.
