I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. I was blown away by the quality of the unit.. the fact that it came with everything except the "drop ears" was incredible.. When I first opened the box I thought " what the hell did I get myself into".. but it was made for worldwide sales so they " dumbed down" the instructions for those if us that usually just look at the pictures.. the quality of the stuff hidden behind the wall is top shelf and the finish of the things is so see if unbelievable, they even give you white gloves, for the "hoity toity" plumbers or there i guess..haven't finished the shower to attach a photo or I would.
