This chair arrived two days ago, opened up a day later and spent 1 1/2 hours assembling it (quite hot outside) and another 20 minutes finishing it this morning. The reason it took so long was because two of the large bolts were hard to seat all the way and had to be removed and reinserted with a vice grip. However, the chair is now fully assembled and seems very solid. It is obviously large and well designed for a big guy, as I am 6' 2" and weigh 230 lbs. Simply put, I feel very comfortable sitting in this chair in any of the 3 positions! My wife is now designing & making a seat cushion & headrest. The ability to have the cup holder to be tucked away when not in use is also a feature that I appreciate. The cup holder holds moats beverages perfectly with no issues. This is by far one of the most comfortable pieces of lawn furniture I have sat in. I love the angle it offers and the comfort is spot on. This hasn’t scratched at all and we have had many people sit in this and enjoy it. It does sit out in the sun and I haven’t noticed any sun damage. The color is absolutely stunning.
