The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. It's a nice looking shed, I have a smaller one of these too, you have to be careful with the panels in the sun, they will warp some which can make alignments difficult and to keep walls straight and not warped, always keep the walls completely flat and realize there are hundreds of screws into plastic that keep this shed together.. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors.
