Sectional looks great, but 2 consoles arrived damaged - one in transit and the other likely a manufacturing defect - busted power connector. One of the chairs was also damaged. It took forever to work with Wayfair with the text support that is asynchronous and not great and phone support that seemed overly optimistic / uninformed. The two consoles were replaced. The chair could not be replaced - supposedly out of stock within days of the sectional arriving. Even though Wayfair provided an okay discount after a lot of back and forth negotiation, I was left unimpressed with the whole process. I would be very wary of buying high priced items here!. Viswa. Took my husband a few evenings after dinner to finish, but he said it was easy enough. Instructions were easy to follow, hardware was packaged nicely. And chair parts were protected in shipping. Wood seems solid. One chair was not cut properly and could not be assembled at all, but Wayfair rectified the issue quickly and easily and got us a replacement in time for a party we would be hosting. Haven’t tried the Firepit yet. Comes with lava rocks, which matched our decor so I didn’t replace them.
