The quality of wood is good for being compressed particle board and we had no issues with cracking or damage when putting it together. My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size. This vanity is very poor quality. The finish is substandard and several face pieces are not finished at all. Many of the drill holes do not line up or are missing altogether so it was difficult to assemble. When assembled, there are gaps and the pieces do not fit together seamlessly. Overall, I am very disappointed. This vanity is overpriced and when assembled it looks cheap. Unfortunately, the reno was delayed so the vanity was not assembled within the 30-day return period, otherwise I would definitely have sent it back. This product is not up to Wayfair standards. When I called to advise they told me I was past the 30-day return window. Wayfair refunded 25% but I am left with a $650.00 financial loss as I am having to look for another option. It is an eyesore and cheapens the renovation. If this vanity was as pictured I would be happy, but it is not! As a loyal Wayfair customer, I am asking you to waive your 30-day return policy in this case and refund the entire amount so I can replace the vanity with a properly constructed one.. Susan.
