This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. I researched many different floor brands (big box stores and online) and got tons of samples. My local flooring store gave me some really big samples to take home for a few days to view in various lighting. I was stuck between the Mannington nougat and praline.
