If it were possible to rate an item with 10+ stars, this would be one! This smart toilet is incredible, and we love it. I had never used a smart toilet or bidet. After using this one, we can’t imagine ever going back to exclusively using “standard” toilets. The list of features is extensive, and this toilet lives up to them all. The installation was straightforward, and it has been problem-free from day one. It comes with a remote that lets you control the seat, water, and dryer temperatures. You can also adjust the water nozzle direction, water pressure, and seat up/down. The remote is two-sided to cover all available personalization options. It came with an instruction manual, and it was easy to navigate all the settings and adjust them. Shortly after the toilet arrived, we received two bottles of Foam Shield Cleaner from Bazyths. It was simple to install and is a fantastic feature. As soon as you sit down, a layer of the foam cleanser is released to the surface of the water. It has a pleasant scent, not too overpowering. It is released automatically, but there is a button on the remote for manual foaming if you want to run an extra cleaning rinse to the toilet. The toilet arrived with significant shipping damage. Upon opening the box, I found that one of the ceramic side panels had been shattered during transit. The packaging and carton showed signs of rough handling, and there were ceramic fragments throughout the box. At this time, Wayfair is working with the manufacturer to provide replacement parts. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue, but I have not yet been able to install or test the toilet due to the damage. The toilet itself looks modern and well-designed, and I’m hopeful that the damage was limited to the removable ceramic panel and that no internal components were affected during shipping.
