Looks Beautiful but Much Firmer Than Expected. I bought this sofa because I loved the modern cloud couch look in the pictures, and visually it really does look just like the website photos. The size is great, the modular design looks amazing in my living room, and the fabricmaterial feels good quality overall. However, after leaving the sofa untouched for over 24 hours to fully expand and settle, I honestly expected it to be much softer and more “cloud-like.” The cushions are a lot firmer than I anticipated based on the product description and photos. I got really lucky！this replacement module showed up before Christmas, and Wayfair’s service was awesome. Pros looks great, fits in smaller smaller spaces, quality product. The cushions are not soft and squishy. If your looking for a couch you can sink into, this isn’t it. I read the reviews about it being on the firmer side, but I wasn’t expecting it to be that firm. I’m guessinghoping this may change over time. Delivery was great. They give you a 4hr window but the drivers will call about 30 minutes out so you don’t have to sit and wait during that time. Guys super friendly. I unpackaged and assembled the legs myself. It would definitely be easier with two people. But I didn’t feel like waiting for someone to get home to unveil. Took me about 1hr. Overall, I really like it. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position.
