Bought it for a 10 by 10 space and it kept the room UBER cold! My son would shut it off because the space would get so cold. I had the previous model and the door broke from opening to clean the filter. Therefore, it was nice to see they changed it to a pull out feature to clean the filter, which is better. And this is a much more affordable solution that doesn’t need professional installation. No jump in my electric bill either. I don’t have central air and no plans to get it. This works just fine.
