What a nice patio canopy. We really like it. Its easy enough for one person to assemble, but two people assembling would be ideal. Its nice looking. Its tall. The fabric seems to be a stronger weave than most. We like the large air vent and the hook for our fanlight. We are not sure of the weep holes when it rains. I just used this tent for my first outdoor art market. It was a sunny, calm day and I didn't use 2 of the sidewalls -- and the tent performed very well. I can't comment on how it would be in windy and rainy weather. One word of caution: the tent is quite heavy and definitely takes 2 people to set up. So if you're a vendor who will be setting up and selling solo, you'll definitely have to ask for help! One recommendation: try setting the tent up once before you take it to a market. It is a bit confusing at first and a run-through will save a lot of time. This canopy is so easy to put up! It came quickly and it had good instructions. From start to finish, it took me about five minutes to put up, which is great. Ive used it twice at a soccer game to block the sun and everyone was asking me where I got it because it was so easy to put up and they wanted one for themselves. We ordered this canopy because its 12x12 as opposed to the normal 10x10 that is available at your local big box store or sporting goods store... the blue stores lol. We like that it has an enclosure because it will be perfect for winter cigar smoking. However, upon putting it together, the 4 side panels are difficult to line up and it would take quite some time and adjustment to actually seal the corners and keep cold air out. I dont think we will end up using it for the originally intended purpose after all. The one push easy up is pretty nice. Its far more user friendly as a shade structure than the ones from the blue guys. The frame itself is bowed a bit in the top support structure, indicating that the pieces dont quite fit right.
