This is my second Bcanhome smart bidet and I absolutely love it! I originally bought one at my home in Arizona and realized how much I would miss it when I was at my Wisconsin house, so I ordered another one and it arrived within a day. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light. This stylish toilet is the perfect addition to our powder room. Guests love it! The blue night light is beautiful and all of the features are amazing. It was a nice upgrade from a bidet toilet seat. I don't love all of the stickers on the inside of the cover (the white one comes off easily, but the silver ones are there to stay). We had some trouble installing the seat because the white flange that holds the seat firmly in place was broken. Customer service was quick to respond and I'm sure it will be resolved.. Stacy Redo.
