Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Absolutely gorgeous chandelier. The beauty and sparkle on this is amazing. It’s just the right size. It is tedious to put on all the crystals, but they are labeled very well. I did have a few instances where the crystals were not the right size to make it between the candelabras, but I was able to take some of the jewels off one string and put them on another to make one shorter and one longer.
