I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. I have a unique setup where I have 2 queen beds together because I sleep with my 2 great danes and 1 great pyrenees. I needed to be sure this bed was supportive, with some bounce , because straight memory foam doens't hold up to the amount of weight that could be on the bed. THIS IS AMAZING. First the coils are stiff with tons of support. Exactly what I need! It's an honest 12" high which is important since I have a 12" mattress next to it and it was off in measurements, it would be uncomfortable. But most importantly its extremely comfortable. It’s incredibly soft and plush, but unlike other soft mattresses I’ve tried, you don’t sink in so much that it’s hard to move or roll over. It feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, but with just the right amount of support underneath, so I wake up feeling rested and without aches. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and have no issues waking up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck! A couple of things to keep in mind: this mattress is very tall, about 16", so you’ll need deep pocket sheets and a deep mattress protector, and it’s also very heavy, which makes changing the sheets a bit of a workout.
