Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. It’s not just a grill it really feels like a full outdoor kitchen.First off, the cooking power is amazing. The 44,000 BTUs heat up quickly and cook everything evenly, whether I’m doing burgers for the kids or steaks for dinner. I love that I don’t have to keep flipping things around trying to find a “hot spot”—it’s super consistent.The extra space is a huge bonus. The fold-out prep table makes it so easy to season, prep, and organize everything without running back and forth to the kitchen. Plus, the storage cabinets underneath are perfect for keeping all my grilling tools, propane tank, and accessories in one place.Another thing I appreciate is the option to convert it to natural gas.
