The shower is a nice design BUT there are some issues with the one I received. The smallest problem was that the assembly guide that came with it was generic and NOT the one for the shower so there were literally zero instructions. The larger problem is that after I did the install, ran plumbing and hung the shower the RAIN HEAD went flying off - the entire pipe came flying off! The problem is that the pipe is not grooved to screw together to the water assembly pipe. It just has three rubber washers and NOTHING holding it back from shooting off from the pressure. I explained this online to wayfair and was told they would look into it with the mfr. and I could return if they do not remedy. After all the installation and assembly I paid for it is easy for them to say send it back and start over. Chrome

This is a great alternative if you want the feeling and function of an expensive spa shower but dont want to spend thousands of dollars. Parts are made of plastic but the internal parts are all metal. Some things to note- First you can only use one of the functions at a time- either handheld, rain shower or the 3 jets. That is because it is all just coming from one water source (again thats why this isnt a 1000 shower system) All 3 functions tilt so you have some directional control however the Jets dont slide up and down on the rail. They are stationary and as a short person they hit me in my face and neck if Im not careful. The top 2 jets can be twisted onoff so I close the top one and tilt the other 2 down and that works for me. Also thr handheld docking station can be adjusted up and down the rail so I place it a bit higher and can use the handheld like another showhead. The handheld also has 5 different settings which offers lots of variety. Warning- your shower time will probably double because it is so enjoyable! I like to switch between all three functions.. The good: these are solid wood organizers, and they feel sturdy and of good quality. They are all modular, so if you order more than one, as we did, you can mix and match drawers to customize the ratio of drawers to shelves. Also, you can build it in multiple configurations to match your needs and closet size and shape. They do look great in the closet. Now the not so good: First of all, if you’re hoping for a nice ash blonde color like the photo, you’ll be disappointed. These units are ORANGE. They’re fine, it’s not a dealbreaker, but wow, what a difference from the photo. Another con is that if you buy multiple units of different types, get ready for a major puzzle solving challenge. The drawers are shipped in separate boxes and there are no labels on the boxes or information on the John Louis website that tells you which box goes with which unit. Wayfair customer service couldn’t help at all. Our confusion was compounded by the fact that when we finally figured it all out, we discovered that two drawers were missing from the shipment. Finally, you have to be pretty handy to assemble them. My husband is a fine woodworker and even for him there was a long learning curve on the first one. He also had trouble attaching the drawer glides—the small screws didn’t sink in straight and continually drifted off the grooved guides on the sides of the drawers. It might be that the wood grain has soft and harder bands so the screws naturally drift into the softer areas. The first drawer took forever to fit to the frame and when we finally got it in, the soft close mechanism didn’t work. But the second drawer seems to work as promised.. Anonymous. IL.
