I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. I have nothing but good things to say about this system except for its size. For what it does, I’m not sure it could be smaller. However, it is LARGE. Because of my plumbing and the presence of a garbage disposal, getting this system in my cabinet took some doing and didn’t leave a lot of room for much else. I’d love for it to be smaller. I also think it would be nice for it to come with a CO2 bottle. Needing to buy additional pieces for such an expensive system lessens the luxury experience this system otherwise imparts. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
