This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
