Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have.
