I was looking for a nicely shaped baseboard to compliment the updating/redesign of a hearth for a new gas stove installation and this product fit the bill perfectly. It shipped promptly and was well packaged. The material was lightweight compared to what a solid pine molding would have been and easy to cut using a powered miter saw with a 60-tooth blade. Installation was completed using construction adhesive and a high quality gloss latex paint. Once installed it looks virtually indistinguishable from the wood used on the mantel.
