I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.
