This item is beautiful, functions great, I love that the tub spout can be moved out of the way, it's a high quality item that my contractor suggested I buy because it's all metal parts (not plastic parts that will break). Well worth the cost, I think it was reasonably priced anyway. Very well made. It looks beautiful in the bathroom. I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. so glad we took a chance on this! installed ourselves, and I was very nervous that another review mentioned a concern on the valve. Luckily we didn't see that on ours, and I did have a light panic that the nozzles weren't putting out water for the overhead as well as I thought it could- it was streaming crookedly, but if you just graze your hands or fingertips on the rubbery bits it like frees or loosens it up and then it streams out water much better / straight line.
