This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. This is a great product. I like the appearance. noise level and capacity. It has worked great from the moment I plugged it in. Most of all I appreciate the installation service.
