Wayfair customer service ordered me a replacement, at which point CNK had the opportunity to honor their listing, but again, CNK sent only one single tile. At that point, Wayfair worked with me to cancel the order and arranged a refund. I was told the listings for these tiles are now under internal review. The 2 x 6 herringbone mosaic arrived quickly. We are doing two shower floors with this and have completed the first- those boxes had no damaged pieces. The coloring of the tile is great as it is not one solid color. We selected the Almond color. The Wayfair naming uses the word “Umber” in the title, even though there are three color choices so that can be misleading when browsing and ordering. The limestone look allows for you to lean towards different tones with grout. Love this tile! It has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with… Ordered with quick delivery and. A week later they say it’s back ordered and a month out. Of course it now being delivered to a home I no longer live at then the delivery people break two boxes on delivery and now I'm ONE tile short and all the tile is down. I pre purchased a sample of this tile before my purchase. This being one of three different tiles I’ve purchased for a bathroom remodel I’m in the midst of. I gave it 4 stars because I noticed one of the boxes of tile is crumbled on the edge. Hopefully they are in tact other than the one box. I went with the 10 rule ordering enough tile.
