This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. This float is specially designed to spread grout into joints when grouting tile with epoxy-based grout.
