A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. Many things I love about this flooring: The color gradient is very natural in appearance, and the quality of the laminate itself is thick and durable. The non-damaged planks snapped together and locked in place quite effectively. Installation was reasonably easy after prep by leveling the subfloor, which was not so easy. Installing in a tiny bathroom was challenging only because the cuts needed to be so precise, and there were a LOT of cuts. What I didn't love: The first box of the 2 I bought arrived in essentially unusable condition. The snap tracks were largely broken, cracked, or gouged. Some of the planks arrived with corners completely broken off on both ends, making them entirely unusable. Wayfair did send a replacement at no charge and allowed me to dispose of them rather than box them for shipment back for a return, which I also appreciated. After using the floor for the better part of a year now, I have mixed feelings. The floor is durable, it looks nice; however, the floating floor does expand and contract with temperatures, and I'm not crazy about having to tap the planks back together every season change. . For the price, though, I believe this is a far superior option to many in a similar dollar range. It really does look like a hardwood floor, and I still get compliments when people see it. It's extremely durable, withstanding the rough treatment of 2 teenage boys in their own bathroom... I assure you, they are testing the integrity of the product, and it is passing with flying colors. I would just recommend allowing plenty of time to ensure that your planks can be inspected, additional product can be ordered in case of mishandling in the delivery process, and also to ensure the subfloor is in proper condition for installation.. Product with ultra-low emission of volatile organic substances (VOC) the ZHERORISK formulations provides an innovation which are safer for the installer, the jobsite and have no transportation or environmental negatives like all of the other epoxy grouting products. Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. This float is specially designed to spread grout into joints when grouting tile with epoxy-based grout.

This floor came out amazing! My only issue is that the floor is not super sturdy like laminate would be, so if there are any gaps or uneven parts of your floor, you will feel dips. In most parts of our floor, this is not an issue but I do notice it in some spots. This just means have someone that really knows what they are doing install this floor since I know there are ways around that (I.e. install extra underlayment). The texture of it is really good and it looks very natural and expensive! Totally elevated the look of our basement. The wall color is Benjamin Moore Bennington grey if anyone is wondering.
