This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my window unit is running at 70° Eco and turns off when it reaches that temperature. I did buy an air purifier filter and received it yesterday so I’m reading the directions to see how to put it in.
