We received the 5 Drawer Chest yesterday when we opened it up the left corner was damaged also the right side on front and back my hubby said he could fix them so I called the Way Fair customer service talked to a customer service rep, Stacey from Ogden Ut. However you just have to know how to put things together. -some of pre-drilled holes might be just a little bit off but common sense you line everything up. -Such as specifically the black tracks; line to the edge of the wood (do them all the same as the last) If for any reason, your drawers didn’t sit on the tracks and fit in correctly, there is a way to fix it - just go back and check your work.
