The listing is for a 57% off sale price of $32.28 for a box of 12 tiles ($2.69 per square foot). I received only one single tile. Wayfair customer service ordered me a replacement, at which point CNK had the opportunity to honor their listing, but again, CNK sent only one single tile. At that point, Wayfair worked with me to cancel the order and arranged a refund. I was told the listings for these tiles are now under internal review. The tiles are of good quality, but until the prices are updated, I would caution buyers not to purchase these CNK tiles, or any others of their (many) tiles that are currently listed online at sale prices.. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
