I recently purchased the Donati 9-Drawer Dresser and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. First, be prepared—this is definitely a project if you’re assembling it on your own. I started putting it together around 7 PM, worked until about 2 AM, then picked it back up the next day around 1 PM and finished around 6 PM. It’s time-consuming and can feel a bit challenging at times, but I actually enjoyed the process and found it rewarding to see it come together. There were a few minor issues with some of the wood panels having small chips, but nothing too noticeable once everything was assembled. Overall, the dresser is very sturdy and feels well-made. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and makes the effort worth it. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending the time assembling it, I would definitely recommend it. This is an incredibly solid dresser. Very heavy, nice quality, well made. Like the color of the wood, nice size, and like that it sits on the floor. Lots of drawers, 9, but each somewhat small. Buying a piece of furniture online rarely meets expectations but this piece was beautiful, arrived on time, well packaged and good instructions. Takes ALOT of time to build, 4-5 hours and once the frame is built you will definitely need two people to move around but those drawers are deep and spacious, I added some wood glue for extra support, hope to make this thing last for a while....it fit perfect on my wall!. I gave 4 stars because it does look nice once put together. I did it myself and it was heavychallenging when adding the end pieces because you need to align 6 areas of screws to insert. Removed 1 star because the drawers are extremely small, not sure I’d suggest this even for children’s clothing. For reference, I wear a mediumlarge and these drawers are STUFFED!
