I recently purchased the Donati 9-Drawer Dresser and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. First, be prepared—this is definitely a project if you’re assembling it on your own. I started putting it together around 7 PM, worked until about 2 AM, then picked it back up the next day around 1 PM and finished around 6 PM. It’s time-consuming and can feel a bit challenging at times, but I actually enjoyed the process and found it rewarding to see it come together. There were a few minor issues with some of the wood panels having small chips, but nothing too noticeable once everything was assembled. Overall, the dresser is very sturdy and feels well-made. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and makes the effort worth it. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending the time assembling it, I would definitely recommend it. Just built it solo. It took me a pretty long time. More than 4 hours but I wasn’t in a particular rush. It’s not too difficult or too heavy for one person. Just sort of labor intensive. I wasn’t sure about this because people talked about how ”small” it is but, honestly, it’s bigger than what I thought it’d be. I already own the night stands, which I love, and this is the same. If you’re expecting an expensive wood dresser, you’ll be disappointed. If you’re expecting a nice size cheaper but still a nice dresser, you’ll be won’t be disappointed. The drawers are a nice size, deeper than I thought and roll nicely without falling open. It’s great for what I wanted, which was a little extra storage along with keeping our “unmentionables”..
