There was some kind of issue with the first shipment and I had to wait weeks before they finally resend it to me. It was a Fedex issue, and not the sellers fault. This is a very well made medicine cabinet. A lot of attention to detail in the making of this. Its beautiful and provides lots of storage. It came very well packaged and arrived in perfect conditon. I bought two of these mirrors and they look fabulous. Super classy and elegant with a mirrored interior. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three. Perfect for any bathroom. Recesses in the wall between the studs, and simply screws to the studs on each side of the opening. Only the doors are outside the wall. Fully adjustable glass shelves inside. Our unique, patented design of shelf supports keeps each shelf in place. Concealed hinges with soft close built in assuring the door will never slam shut but softly close on its own instead. The box is solid pine and the Villa Bead Panel style door is solid maple. All you need to do is put one screw in each hinge to mount the door. Then insert it into the wall and screw it to the studs with included screws. If you are replacing a current cabinet, measure your wall opening! White plastic trim surround covers the rough edges of your opening up to 1/2" all around. Doors cover the trim surround when closed so the only thing you see outside the wall is the door itself.

The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
