This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. It's a good ping pong paddle for intermediate players. I used the Stiga Evolution for 8 years prior to buying this paddle. This paddle provides more speed and good control.
