Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.

This thing is so cool. I wanted to get a flat top brill but did not want to take up any more space. This griddle wad the answer! We are so happy with it, it works great and takes up no more room!
