5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan. The color is excellent what I hoped for. Looks great in my home took my boyfriend a long time to put together. It is firm but not in a bad way. Don’t like how thin the back looks tho. Lakeitha. Long Beach, CA. Thu Sep 17 2026

So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

We picked this one because all of the cushions have removable covers. With kids and dogs, it it’s important we can wash all of that. Only thing I’m worried about is if you accidentally tries to sit on arm of couch it could break.. Misty. Mon Oct 12 2026

The six included accent pillows add an extra layer of texture and comfort.

This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. had issues with fedex shipping my couch, when the couch arrived, i was worried that it would be damaged since the boxes came wet heavily damaged. at first i was discouraged at assembling since the cushions looked flat and the couch was stiff but I decided to add memory foam into the cushion and fluff up the cushion, now they are comfy and the couch grew on me and i am in love with my couch. Overall, didn’t appareciate how difficult fedex was, they had sent the couch in 6 pieces - personally it should have arrived in all one go but at the same time i understand why it had to be sent in 6 pieces. Other than that, if you go for this couch - be prepared to diy the cushions to be more comfortable. Joshua. Laredo, TX. Thu Sep 17 2026

Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on. Shipping was quicker than expected and the delivery was flawless. Wayfair custom upholstery is a win in my book with this item!. Eric. Paducah, KY. Sun May 25 2025
