This mat is fine, but it’s not exactly what I was looking for. It has the extra width which is a priority for me, but I don’t really care for the textured top. That’s on me though as it wasn’t something I could be sure of from the online photos. I also needed it to be thicker like other mats I’ve had, but it falls just a tad short there. On the plus side it has a good solid heft to it and it lays flat. Will probably want to anchor it to the floor with those double-sided sticky corner adhesives because I have to have it aligned with the tile at all times (it’s a Virgo thing) and any mat you buy is going to shift a little. I purchased two of these mats for the kitchen. One is in front of the cooktop and the other is in front of the sink. The brown looks great on our new LVP flooring, and they seem to be very high quality. The texture is easy to clean since there aren't any nooks and crannies, which is a bonus. They are very heavy, but still "walk" across the floor a little bit after a couple days. I don't mind having to reposition them though, and overall am very satisfied with my purchase.. Anonymous.
