We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Temperatures are much easier to contribute than my previous range, and everything I've made in the oven has come out perfectly. If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! I had heard some complaints about the top scratching, but I have not had any problems with that. It still looks perfect after it's cleaned. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase!. Kargo. The cooktop burners are very fast and precise. As a bonus, I notice almost zero of the buzzing that I've gotten on other induction cooktops. The only negative I've encountered so far is that even using conduction, I find some pretty noticeable hot spots (or cold ones) when I roast something (I see this when I do cauliflower, for instance, and a part is getting to the nice roasty stage and the rest is still white and not quite there).. I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I love this fridge. It looks sleek and the middle drawer is super convenient. We use it for drinks not as vegetable drawer. The fridge is smaller but works fine for 2 people. Don’t purchase!!! I had this delivered on 8/27/2023, I had it installed on the same day. 2 weeks later it does not work. The lights don’t turn on and the hood blower does not turn on. I would not expect this from. $2k item. I called wayfair, they say to call zephyr. I called Zephyr, it took a whole week to get someone on the phone. You have the longest hold times. You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him.
