Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. I have this rug in several sizes though out my house. It is fairly think and well made. The runners and small round one I have do not really shed and have held up great. Beautiful high quality rug. It is less dark and more bluish than the photos suggested. We are ok with that and aware that a hand knotted rug may vary. It still surprised us how blue the rug really is. It is very interesting how the white stripes are not achieved by using white wool knotting, but rather represent "missing" dark wool and the white is the backing of the rug.
