Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors. I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base.
