After much research I purchased the Persuade Curv Two-piece toilet. Part of that research was taking a factory tour at Kohler in Wisconsin where I learned that the entire internal workings of a Kohler toilet are porcelain where "matter" will not get stuck which was the issue that I had with another brand. I did have a plumber install it for me as we needed to move the valve over to accommodate the skirt style. It is a sharp looking toilet and it works extremely well. I agree with the previous review. Just installed last weekend and, as a construction industry professional, I was disappointed by the following: 1. Can't get your hands or any type of tool adequately in to tighten toilet seat bolts. 2. If they ever loosen, you need to unfasten and remove toilet to tighten 3. Bidet seat hidden cord hole did not align with electrical or water supply of compatible Kohler bidet seat Had to run electrical and water outside of toilet. I would have chosen another toilet had I known that the cords would be exposed anyway. 4. When setting toilet, you can't see when it is properly aligned and set into trapway. A piece (uneven wooden bar) at base of bookshelf was broken, no instructions were given (their function was unclear, if they were supposed to be legs they would have scratched my floors, it was unfinished plywood). These were expensive and should at least include a sheet with something written in them. I Ended up taking these pieces off with a hammer. The shelves inside of the bookcases were loose inside and moving around during shipment. This scratched some areas of the wood. Hidden areas ( back of shelves and underside of unit) are unfinished. There was fine sawdust, so the whole unit has to be wiped. Other than that it's a sturdy well made unit. I wouldn't say it's solid wood, however it's a good quality plywood. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous.
