Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.
