This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. In terms of the product's longevity, we can’t tell after three days but it looks well built and we hope the sofa will continue to hold together in the long-run. It’s very comfortable.. An. Biggest couch I have ever purchased. Measurements are accurate. The ottoman and corner pieces are incredibly deep and comfortable. This was the first boneless couch we have ever purchased as well. I’m really enjoying that there are no hard spots between seats or on the arms. It’s all made of cushion. The seats are very soft and a mixture of down. We have not had any feathers pop through the cushion covers. Overall this is an excellent couch it just requires you to have adequate spacing on your floor plan. The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying.
