Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. I bought this crate as it is approved for Alaska airlines -this is a 500 series and for a 72-pound labrador who will be flying in the cargo hold. Assembly is easy enough, no tools needed, and the crate has enough space for my lab to turn around inside and sit. It feels very secure and the door of the crate has small holes on all 4 corners so that it can be secured via zip ties for travel. This is one of the very few crates available and approved for air travel, so I am happy I found it and it shipped very quickly as my lab needs to practice her crate training before our flight. What I do not like about this crate: - plastic wing nuts to secure the bolts aren't ideal, they should just include the aluminum ones by default. I had to buy the aluminum ones separately. - quality control issues - there are 3 missing washers because of which the corners cant be secured. Without the washers, the bolt just slides through the hole. I had to purchase washers separately, a set that includes 9 sizes, as I do not know what size is appropriate here, which is an additional pain point. As small and insignificant as a washer might seem, it is a very important component as the crate will be useless without. This piece is much sturdier and heavier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise once it was fully assembled. The overall quality feels solid and stable, and it definitely does not come across as flimsy or cheaply made. That said, the assembly process was far more difficult than it should have been. The instructions were not very clear, and none of the parts were labeled, which made the setup frustrating and time consuming. It ended up taking close to three hours to put together because of all the guesswork involved. One corner on the top section also did not line up perfectly, so that particular screw could not be tightened completely. Thankfully, it still seems stable overall, but the alignment issue was disappointing considering the amount of effort required to assemble it. Another thing buyers should know is that this item is extremely large once completed. I would strongly recommend assembling it inside the room where it will be used, because moving it afterward may be difficult.
