Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Hardware and wall channel are different colors. Wall channel is not a polished piece. Handle was damaged. Replaced with a different one that wasn’t correct, replaced again with another incorrect one. QC needs some serious improvement!! Easy to install. Nate K. Sun Dec 07 2025
