This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. This is a great sink ,when every inch counts in tight space. The drain is towards the back, witch you can actually put garbage can in underneath the sink. Most sink drain are in the middle ,which does not leave a lot of space for much. this is excellent in a small kitchen that every inch counts . I am beyond satisfied with the sink and I think anybody that purchase this sink will be Extremely happy with this product. Believe it or not it fits in a 24 inch wide cabinet.
