With the exception of one assembly step, this was a straightforward one strong person unpacking and assembly. At one point they want you to have the base stood up on its side so that the pillars can be slid through the holes in the bale. I made a support of the shipping boxes to support the then horizontal heavy pillars parallel to the floor while I attached them. ALSO: do the later steps that require you to work at the bottom while the stand is already on its side. The motor runs smoothly but I haven't attached tho 100" screen to it yet—I don't expect that will be a problem. This tv stand arrived in a timely manner and very well packaged. nothing was damaged but the 3 black circular parts ( I have no idea what they are called) that go at the very bottom do not fit in the circles because they seem to have made the opening to small for the piece to fit in so the entire stand is wobbly, I might have to just remove them and have it sit directly on the floor . I will say this companies, really need to take the consumer into consideration it took me 7 hours to assemble this, every single part needs to put together, including the drawers and the larger pieces are very heavy. by the end I was exhaustedddddd and frustrated and I usually feel happy after I build furniture but I was over it by the end , almost gave up like a million times, not everyone can afford to have some assemble tedious and heavy furniture and not everyone has access to a handy person.
