The tile is beautiful. Exactly what I was wanting. Very light cream colored natural limestone tile. I bought it to coordinate with the floors that were original to my home built in 1994. I was told by a local tile company that it could not be sourced. I checked wayfair and the photo looked exactly like what is currently in my home. I took the chance and ordered it hoping it would be a close match. It is the exact same tile! I couldn't be more pleased with it. Shipping took WAY longer than expected, which was 25 days when it was supposed to be a week. It delayed our project, but I don't really care because of the perfect match, it was worth the wait.. The Armor WL550 is a penetrating, matte wet look water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. It will darken the surface to slightly enhance any dull and faded coloring. The Armor WL550 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job.
